Taking payment

Press OK
Insert amount and press OK
A window will apear with the following:

Beløp= <Amount to be paid>

Total= <Amount the customer wishes to pay>

When this window apears, gir the customer the terminal and the customer will input the amount she he wishes to pay.

TIP: Customers can pay more than they have to, this is tips for the volunteers.

When the customer has payed a receipt will come out that states how much they have payed and tipped.

Things that can fail:

Customer presses cancel (avbryt)
No network contact.
Customer doesn´t have enough money in their account.

Check the last payment

Sometimes you may not be able to register that the customer has payed, to check this do the following:

Press the MENU button
Scroll to Kopimeny and press OK (Or press 5 to get there quicker)
Scroll to Siste kunde and press OK (Or press 1 to get there quicker)
A receipt from the last customer will appear it will read if the transaction went through, got canceled or if anything else went wrong.

Make a Z-rapport for the settlement.

Press MENU
Scroll to Operatørmeny and press OK (Or press 7 to get there quicker)
Scroll to Rapporter and press OK (Or press 1 to get there quicker)
Scroll to Z-total and press OK (Or press 3 to get there quicker)
You will then get the Z-rapport from the terminal

Make a X-rapport

Sometimes it can be practical to check how much has come in on a terminal during the evening, to check this, do the following:

Press MENU
Scroll to Operatørmeny and press OK (Or press 7 to get there quicker)
Scroll to Rapporter and press OK (Or press 1 to get there quicker)
Scroll to X-Total and press OK (Or press 3 to get there quicker)
You will then get the X-rapport from the terminal

Check the last Z-rapport:

Sometimes one might loose the Z-rapport from the terminal while doing the settlement. Don´t panic! This can be solved by printing out a copy of the last one printed (this is probably the one you lost)

Press MENU
Scroll to Operatørmeny and press OK (Or press 7 to get there quicker)
Scroll to siste Z-total and press OK (Or press 3 to get there quicker)
You will then get a copy of the last Z-rapport from the terminal, and can continue with the settlement!
